All Seasons Full Body Chiropractic Center | Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Paul Bekkum, D.C.

Meet Dr. Paul Bekkum, DC, CCEP

I opened my clinical practice, All Seasons Full Body Chiropractic Center in Fargo, ND, for one reason - to give you lasting health results. I realized people are under stress and have "tried everything" and weren't getting effective results with the typical treatments (remedies). Because the typical healthcare treatments are covering up health symptoms and are not treating the root cause of your healthcare issue. Time and time again, I've heard patients' concerns saying they weren't able to do what they wanted to do and that they felt discouraged because they couldn't see their health concern getting any better. That's when I knew I needed to open an office that listened and cared about finding the root cause of their healthcare problem. As well as providing lasting health results through our combination of proactive cutting-edge assessments & effective whole-body cutting-edge physical medicine and chiropractic as well as innovative functional medicine strategies. My focus is on getting better health through finding and addressing the root cause I help patients Finally Feel Good & Live Their Full Potential!

Life doesn't have to include suffering!

Most People Are Just Seeking Pain Relief

I started my health journey in chiropractic when I was 14 years old when I had my first adjustment. I was suffering from migraine headaches, neck pain, as well as several sports injuries. My first adjustment gave me pain relief and was the beginning of my personal healing. The combination of chiropractic care, especially chiropractic adjustment, and functional medicine treatments started me on the rehabilitation path to healing and my own personal health journey to learn how to heal myself as well as others.

Lower back Pain, Neck Pain, and Headaches! Oh My!

As I previously stated neck pain, as well as headaches, were some of the injuries I was treated for when I went to chiropractors for adjustments. But, chiropractic care through the benefits of the chiropractic adjustment helps more healthcare conditions than just giving pinched nerves, lower back pain relief, neck pain relief, and headache relief.

Every chiropractor has their own chiropractic adjustments they find helpful and benefits their patients. Some chiropractors learn adjustment techniques that are very structured and regimented which they try and apply to all of their patients. Other chiropractors learn different chiropractic techniques and then adjust their chiropractic care to what is the most effective for each individual patient.

My chiropractic techniques are customized to each individual patient's needs and extend to work on the whole body, not just the spine. This has always been my way of treating patients even going all the way back to when I was treating fellow chiropractic students. One key thing to be aware of with your health is that you need to have the proper structure before you will ever be able to get the proper function. So by getting posture alignment of your body needs to happen before you can even restore the optimal function of your body.

Dr. Victoria L. Lau, D.C.

Meet Dr. Victoria L. Lau, DC

Dr. Victoria L. Lau's journey into becoming a chiropractor is a testament to the unexpected twists life can take. It all began back in 8th grade when a sprained ankle led her to experience the healing ability of a chiropractor. This first encounter with natural healthcare planted the seed of her future career.

High school athletics included basketball, soccer, and track which led to seeking the expertise of chiropractors for various sports-related issues. The holistic and natural approach of chiropractic care deeply resonated with her even back then.

Upon venturing into higher education, she started out pursuing a pre-veterinary degree, but allergies to animals dashed those dreams. Upon reconsidering her options, memories of the chiropractic care she?d received came flooding back, and a new path unfolded.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Coaching Endorsement, she ventured to Northwestern Health Sciences University, where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2010.

Dr. Victoria L. Lau's career as a chiropractor began in Perham, Minnesota, where she emphasized a holistic approach to family care. Her profession flourished, until an unexpected diagnosis of Chronic Lyme Disease in 2019 brought her journey to a sudden halt. Antibiotics offered some respite, but it wasn't until she explored herbal treatments that her health saw a remarkable upturn.

Amidst her struggles, Victoria's determination and thirst for knowledge persisted. She delved into research on Lyme disease and oxidative stress reduction. In 2022, she embraced a challenge from a friend, leading her to a path of recovery that enabled her to not only resume practicing, but also focus on Functional Medicine?a way to address health at its roots.

Outside her practice, family remains paramount. Her husband and three children are her anchors, and she joyfully embraces their pursuits in sports and dance, despite not being back to her running form. In her community, she's a beacon of care as a nationally certified emergency medical technician and Marketing Lead for BIO Girls in Barnesville.

Dr. Victoria L. Lau's life story, with its unexpected shifts and triumphant comebacks, embodies her belief that understanding one's body is the key to unlocking its full potential. As she sits down with patients, one on one, she brings to life the quote she lives by: "Your Health is My Reward." And indeed, her journey, marked by determination, empathy, and healing, stands as a testament to that commitment

Dr. Carly Dropik DC

Meet Dr. Carly Dropik, DC

Dr. Carly Dropik recently graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University as a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Sports Emphasis. Prior to chiropractic school she completed her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at Augsburg University in Minneapolis. While there she started on the softball team and also worked in the athletic training department.

Sports were a driving factor in bringing Dr. Carly to the Chiropractic profession. Growing up having a family friend as a Chiropractor who was able to keep her in tip-top shape during all types of activities, especially when injuries struck, led her to pursue this career for herself.

While at Chiropractic school Dr. Carly became a nationally registered emergency medical technician so she was able to work as a sideline provider at high school sporting events.

Outside Chiropractic, she enjoys staying active any way she can, spending time with family and friends, being outside (preferably on the lake), and finding new and fun places to check out.

Natural Approach to Health and Healing

The "more natural approach to health and healing" was appealing even then, she says.

Senior year of high school brought Briar Cliff University into Victoria's life; the basketball coach was recruiting her as a guard for the hoops squad. Milwaukee to Sioux City is a long haul, so she wanted to make the most of her campus visit. That meant a meeting with the soccer coach, too. The soccer program made the better impression, and in 2002 she set off for Iowa to pursue a pre-veterinary degree and collegiate career as a short-distance sprinter on the track team and center or outside midfielder on the soccer pitch.

Even as she consistently hit the back of the net, Victoria was hit by an academic snag. Turned out she was moderately to severely allergic to several different animals.

"So much for a career as a vet," she said. "When I thought about what else I might want to do, those experiences with chiropractic kept coming to mind."

She shadowed a chiropractor who was a friend of her roommate's, and every time she made it back to Milwaukee she followed the chiropractor who treated her in high school.

Victoria left Briar Cliff with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Coaching Endorsement, bound for Northwestern Health Sciences University, Bloomington, Minn. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic there in 2010.

Dr. Victoria started out with an individual practice in Perham, Minn., and since accepted associateships in Grand Forks and Fargo. She worked with athletes, women and children, but her emphasis was family care. That continues today with a commitment to going "the whole-body, natural route" with all her patients.

What Came Next? The Setback

Dr. Victoria was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme Disease in May of 2019. She did what was known best at the time, antibiotics. She entered remission until she gave birth to her daughter in May of 2020. Two months after birth, Dr. Victoria's body struggled to maintain homeostasis with the stress load of breastfeeding and birth. This was detrimental to Dr. Victoria, her family and patients. She released her patients from care and was significantly reduced to maintaining life partial bedridden .

The Perseverance

Dr. Victoria did maintain her mind in all the brain fog by continuing her research on Lyme and focused to directly change her health. She traveled to Wisconsin for some specific Lyme treatment which improved her health, but she continued to strive to get back to work.

In May of 2022 a friend challenged Dr. Victoria to take a look at outstanding herbal products that are proven to reduce Oxidative Stress in All Mammals. She was hesitant at first because she did not want to have another setback or deteriorate even worse, but again she read the research, looked at the Pubmed studies, and took the plunge. In 2 months time, she was out of bed and back to mowing the lawn. Feel free to ask her about her recovery.

The Comeback

Dr. Victoria is back in action at All Seasons Integrative Health. She continues to work with children and families, but will have a strong focus in Functional Medicine. "Your Health is My Reward" is a quote she lives by. She will sit down with you one on one to chat about health and wellness in order to help you discover the deep, underlying cause to your ailments.

Dr. Victoria went through a health crisis of her own. She is determined to help others distinguish what their body needs in health. "It just makes sense that when you know your body better, you can do the right things for your body," she said, "and that means we can work together to get you to live your full potential."

Dr. Victoria spends as much time as possible with her family, husband Christopher Lau and their three children, Nicholas, Theodore and Josette. Although Dr. Victoria is not back to her running status, she lives vicariously through her 3 children in sports and dance. She has been a mentor for BIO Girls, a program that helps 2nd- through 6th-grade girls build self-confidence and life skills and she is working to add a chapter in her town of Barnesville. Last, but certainly not least, she's a nationally certified emergency medical technician, helping her community.

It's been a winding road, to be sure, with lots of goals scored, races won and career path enhancements. And here she is, a Chiropractor at All Seasons Integrative Health.

Naturally.
